Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Beauty Brand Manager to join our team in the Zagreb Metropolitan Area. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will take the lead in shaping and executing our brand vision. As a Beauty Brand Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing impactful brand strategies, managing high-profile campaigns, and ensuring our brand resonates with our target audience. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency, as well as managing budgets and project timelines with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive Marketing and Sales plans.
Forecast demand, place orders, track inventory, and coordinate efforts across sales, marketing, and logistics.
Monitor and manage brand-related costs, including the Advertising & Promotion budget.
Oversee pricing strategies, including price calculation and policy implementation.
Coordinate with brand principals on strategy, marketing, sales, forecasting, and ordering.
Negotiate with principals and retailers to optimize brand presence and performance.
Collaborate with agencies for the execution of promotional brand and product launches.
Conduct market monitoring and in-depth analysis of consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and distribution channels.
Lead initiatives and set KPIs for promotional staff to drive brand success.
Prepare detailed reports for principals, providing insights and recommendations.
Continuously track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Solid understanding of brand management principles and practices.
Proven experience in creating and executing successful brand strategies and campaigns.
Strong background in market research and analysis.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage budgets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Prior experience in the beauty industry is a significant advantage.
